These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cogniva Ltd. 's Website, located at https://datapreneurdigest.com.
Introduction
Cogniva Ltd will manage Client’s LinkedIn content creation.
The following rates and terms apply:
Client will pay a £1450 + VAT monthly content delivery fee to the Contractor. Payment will be made via direct deposit. The first month's delivery fee will be paid upfront. For each month after, Client will pay the fee no later than the 7 days of invoice receipt for each month of work upcoming.
Statement of work:
The Contractor has a commitment to deliver under the following areas for Client:
● Onboarding and account setup.
● Content strategy development.
● LinkedIn profile optimization.
● Sales Navigator List creation and automation of connection requests.
● Content creation & publishing (x5 per week)*
*To begin within 14 days of contract, start to allow for onboarding and setup
Responsibilities and Liabilities
By signing this contract I accept that the Contractor does not carry responsibility for any damage to my business, reputation or online status of any form. I accept that I (Client) am solely responsible for any opinions, information or statements made on my social media accounts.
I acknowledge that my account login information and personal details will be used for the sole purpose of accessing necessary accounts, and will not be shared with anyone but the Contractor.
By clicking on "I accept these Terms and Conditions" on Stripe, I hereby ratify my understanding of these terms, that all program sales are non-refundable, and waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit/debit card processor. The engagement under this agreement will commence on contract start date and will continue until contract end date unless either party gives the other two weeks notice in writing to terminate this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Cogniva Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services, or anything you post/say in a private message on LinkedIn/any other social media platform.
The LinkedIn content managemnt entails use of automation software linked to LinkedIn. Cogniva Ltd. will not be liable for any profile restriction, bans, loss of LinkedIn profile due to an improper use of said automations.
Termination
If you want to cancel the contarct, you’re required to give a 14 days notice before the next billing cycle begins so that the Stripe subscription can be cancelled. You will receive a reminder email about the renewal.
The Stripe subscription can only be cancelled after you attend an offboarding call.
If you fail to notify Contractor about a cancellation 7 days in advance of your next billing cycle no refund will be issued.
A refund is only possible if Cogniva Ltd. fails to pause the subscription in a timely manner.
